About The Program:

Art Start Creative Career Interns will:

• Establish and expand their creative and professional skills, exploring careers in the creative industries through NYC-based industry partners
• Develop their creative portfolio/lookbook, business cards, and resumes
• Participate in special networking opportunities
• Enjoy site visits to creative career and cultural institutions
• And more!
  

Payment:

• $16.50/hour

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the program, you must be:

• Ages 14-19 years old
• NYC resident or enrolled in a New York City High School (including Outgoing Seniors)
• Have an interest in the creative arts
• 
  Available to work the internship schedule detailed below
  

Internship Dates:

• June 15, 2026 – July 7, 2026

Weekly Schedule:

• Mondays & Tuesdays, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (10 hours/week)

Events:

• Final Celebration: Week of July 7, 2026
